About the Role:
Perform warehousing and operations-related administrative duties, including transactional processing in the system, and reporting.
This is a 2-year contract role.
Roles and responsibilities:
Operations
- Responsible for inbound receiving and put-away, outbound order pick and pack, and value-add operations.
- Value-add
-Perform physical packaging of equipment from returned consignment and put-away after completion.
-Labelling of new training models and other equipment for easy identification.
-Perform physical replacement of dirtied/damaged packaging materials, such as carton boxes and zip-lock bags.
- Perform system processing, such as transaction posting, uploading of documents, and generating delivery/collection documents.
- Liaise with the transporter for delivery/collection arrangements.
- Liaise with Operations Support on order matters.
Stock Count
- Participate in periodic cycle count and, when necessary, full stock-take – performing physical count or stock reconciliation as assigned by the Team Lead.
Warehouse Supplies Management
- Responsible for all warehouse supplies, including packing materials, printer consumables (blank labels, toner, and ribbon), and stationery.
- Responsible for monthly checks on first-aid box items for expiry and replenishment.
- Maintain proper recordings of consumption for easy tracking and monitoring.
- Set min/max stocking quantity for each material.
- Monthly review of stock balance and submit order request to Team Lead.
Performance
- Meeting set KPI targets.
- Strict Compliance with OSP QMS and maintain zero non-conformance.
Other Tasks & Responsibilities
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Support in team/department level projects when necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum GCE ‘N‘/‘O‘ Level, preferably with formal training in warehousing or logistics management.
- Minimum 2 year working experience in warehousing.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes.
- Hands-on, meticulous and a keen learner.
- Take initiatives at work.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment including pallet jack and electric order picker.
- Ability to lift heavy loads of up to 25kg.
- Knowledge of GDPMDS standards will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge in Sales Force system will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge in MS applications including Excel, and Outlook.
