Job Scope

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound marketing leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable technology solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Work with internal teams to create effective sales strategies, customize proposals, and deliver presentations that directly address client challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue growth, while tracking and documenting all sales activities.
  • Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team post-sale.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client service and exceed expectations.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals, driving overall company revenue growth.


Requirements

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a "hunter" role.
  • Skills: Proven ability to identify, approach, and close new business deals.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, capable of clearly explaining complex technology solutions.
  • Networking: Networking abilities, with the capacity to quickly build rapport with potential clients.
