Position Overview:

As the VP/Director of Global Banking Relations, you will be responsible for establishing and managing OSL's relationships with leading banks and financial institutions globally. This is a critical role that will help drive the continued growth and expansion of OSL's business by securing strategic banking partners and ensuring seamless banking integrations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive banking relations strategy to identify, engage, and onboard leading banks and financial institutions as partners for OSL
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for OSL's banking partners
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen existing banking relationships and forge new partnerships
  • Work closely with OSL's compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure banking partners meet all regulatory and operational requirements
  • Report on the status of banking partnerships and make strategic recommendations to OSL's leadership team

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or payment industry, with a strong network of contacts in the banking sector
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing high-value partnerships with banks and other financial institutions
  • In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and operational needs of banks and financial institutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address banking-related challenges
  • Familiarity with the digital asset and blockchain industry is preferred
