  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Manage the field education for students under the UG Courses This includes:
  • Ensuring students are eligible for the FP
  • Preparing MS forms to confirm their interest
  • Liaise with SSAs to invite FEs to take on the students (title of projects to confirm)
  • Arrange for briefing to students on placement via the seminar sessions/integrative labs and reflective labs
  • Finalising project selection via the SPA system
  • Confirming the students for placements
  • Managing the payment processes with FEs and Students (for both UG courses)
  • Ensure all payments are made timely and within the stipulated legal timeline to reduce negative impacts from the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage exam submissions and reviews for placement module

A good Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 3 years work experience, preferably in office management / administrative roles related to the education industry

Meticulous, systematic and well-organized and able to multi-task

Pleasant personality and level-headedness

Possess effective communication and writing skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
