We are looking for a F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!

As a F&B Assistant Manager we rely on you to:
  • Oversee the everyday operation, management, marketing and overall performance of the outlet.
  • Conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members
  • Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features
  • Ensure that health, safety and security procedures are in place in the outlet
  • Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
  • Participate in annual business planning and budgeting
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and implement effective marketing and branding strategies
  • Actively involved in the selection and recruitment of staff

Requirements:
  • Experience in handling VIPs
  • Neat and articulate
  • Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel
  • Displays initiative
