Responsibilities:
Recruitment and selection for blue collar and executive level
Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including just posting in MCF and other portal including identifying, attracting, and hiring top executive talent across various functions.
Preparing Letter of appointment
Orientation and onboarding process
Collaboration with recruitment agencies
Preparing for job fair and career fair
ER and interview assessment form are completed
Managing workpass application via WPOL and EPOL portal.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics and progress to HODs.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Assist in company prayers.
Uploading of details for onboarding employees in payboy (HRMS).
Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Min 2 years relevant experience with Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Candidate with immediate / short notice would be advantageous
Must have experience with workpass application
