  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

  • Develop data-driven hypotheses to address crucial product and business issues.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and investigate root causes.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design and assess experiments that influence key product decisions; dive deep into existing data to propose new product concepts that tackle significant customer challenges.
  • Design and oversee front-end and back-end data specifications for new products, working with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection; integrate data from various sources to create scalable views for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct tailored analyses for specific products and operations, establish essential business metrics, and rigorously track them while providing ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, defining their problems and enhancing internal processes through automation to boost productivity.

About the Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics roles, focusing on large datasets and influencing company strategy (experience in map-making, ride-hailing, or delivery industries is a plus).
  • Strong statistical knowledge, attention to detail regarding data, and proficiency in running experiments.
  • Excellent data visualization skills, with experience in creating dashboard reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines to support various project data needs.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to design effective solutions for diverse tasks promptly.
  • Strong communicator, capable of conveying analytical findings and insights clearly.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
