About the Role:
- The role involves identifying and converting business, market, client, and customer opportunities into actionable recommendations that align with team and company objectives. The Manager will implement technology tools and systems in respective markets while actively pursuing business efficiencies through processes, systems, and SOPs. The role also includes managing operating departmental budgets and costs, along with accountability for net sales/EBIT/headcount as necessary.

- Lead the Business Intelligence team and promote peer collaboration.

About the Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Computational Data Science; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- At least 2 years in project management and managerial roles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer and service focus.
- Advanced project and product management skills.
- High attention to detail in data analytics and insights.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and various organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, client/customer needs, and professional expertise.
- Proficient in analyzing business challenges and devising effective solutions.
- Strong proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
