  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview: The incumbent will oversee lab operations, maintain and update equipment, ensure safety and compliance, and provide technical consultation and instruction to students. The role includes supporting educational outreach programs and inspiring future students in science and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lab operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to students in project-based courses.
  • Provide support for courses including PS5888: Making and Tinkering.
  • Develop and execute educational outreach programs and 3D manufacturing projects.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in managing a technical lab or workshop, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, 3D printing, and computer-controlled electronics.
  • Proven experience in teaching or mentoring students in a hands-on learning environment.
