Job Description:
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignmentSourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Managing employee separation processes
- Assignment of individual employees to different roles
- Processing of payroll in a timely manner.
- Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees.
- Maintaining positive relations with employees and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
