Responsibilities:

Update and maintain data in the inventory system.
Manage physical and electronic records
Liaise with vendors and users
Monitor and manage office supplies
Any other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Able to start immediately
Min ITE qualification
Proficient in MS Word/ Office / Excel
Good team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Meticulous and a strong team player
