  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Commercial Operations Manager - SEA - Medical Devices

I am seeking a dynamic Commercial Operations Manager to join this growing team. Reporting to the Regional GM and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance you will be responsible for managing and analyzing business performance data, coordinating commercial activities, and driving process improvements and ensuring alignment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive salesforce effectiveness and manage sales territory and incentive plans.
  • Lead commercial operations, including distribution contract renewals and supply chain coordination.
  • Manage business reporting, scenario analysis, and performance monitoring against KPIs.
  • Optimize GTM models, manage customer relationships, and negotiate contracts with distributors and key customers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial operations or commercial excellence.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong SFDC skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Business Analytics tools e.g. Excel, Power BI
  • Experience in healthcare or medtech is an advantage.
  • Strong demonstrated ability to problem solve & business partner with internal stakeholders
