  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and steer both IT and business key stakeholders to adopt cost effective solutions and ensure successful projects delivery
  • Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework
  • Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance digital ecommerce journey and customer journey through various channels such as web, mobile apps, mini programs, etc
  • Maintains awareness of digital ecommerce trends and actively collaborate with digital marketing business users to propose potential improvements
  • Propose alternative solutions and technologies to improve and bring about high quality system solutions
  • Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible
  • Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track
  • Assist in supporting multiple application systems

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with a keen appreciation of business needs especially in ecommerce and strong interest in business processes
  • Able to understand, appreciate and translate business problem into solutions
  • A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong stakeholder management including vendor management
  • Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners
  • Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to work under pressure on exciting projects and possess strong interest, passion in technology and its application
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details
  • Project management and/or agile certification will be a plus.
  • Independent and team player
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin
