The Assistant Manager, HR will play a key role in providing HR support and expertise across various functions. This position combines HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities with a strong focus on HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery. - HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with line managers to align HR strategies with business needs.
- Drive employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all workforce types.
- Implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate HR systems and records.
- Address employee inquiries and support HR policy implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in HR Business Partner role equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
