The Assistant Manager, HR will play a key role in providing HR support and expertise across various functions.   • HR Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate with line managers to align HR strategies with business needs.

  • Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all workforce types.
  • Implement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
  • HR Operations:
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding and HR administration.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and records.
  • Address employee inquiries and support HR policy implementation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in HR Business Partner role equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
