Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department and address HR-related inquiries from the Operations team
- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system, including data entry for new staff records
- Assist in the posting of job advertisement on various job portals
- Assist with the preparation of monthly birthday passes
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives as assigned
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to commit for at least 6 months, working 3 days per week
