Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department and address HR-related inquiries from the Operations team
  • Maintain employee files and the HR filing system, including data entry for new staff records
  • Assist in the posting of job advertisement on various job portals
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly birthday passes
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to commit for at least 6 months, working 3 days per week
