Basic up to $4000 + VB
Operations/Production Process Management
Learn and execute various tasks across all production processes.
Plan and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain product consistency and meet regulatory standards.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare, maintain, and inspect machine/equipment maintenance logs and operation checklists.
Internal Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the Customer Service, Sales and QA team.
Support OEM production efforts with the production team for product development.
Supply Chain Management
Source and ensure the quality of raw materials for production.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to maintain an adequate supply of raw materials.
