Job Description

  • To deliver volume, revenue and yield targets to achieve Trade Sales performance for the organization.
  • Develop sales strategies for key regional accounts/Online Travel agents, delivering mutual sales and marketing benefits across the region.
  • Liaise with key OTAs to develop and implement online marketing campaigns throughout the year to drive brand awareness and increase sales conversions.
  • Owning the Trade reporting for the region to effectively communicate Strategic Partner performance, insights and plans.
  • Work with the Regional Trade Sales Director and key stakeholders to establish and execute a robust trade plan to deliver key markets including Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia.
  • Represent key sites at all relevant Trade Shows as required to suit the business needs.
  • Process all travel trade contacts and new travel trade account applications as per finance process.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Super User Teams to ensure all Trade promotions are briefed and set up efficiently.
  • Manage and host all key familiarisation tours to support the organization.
  • Working with the Regional Trade Sales Director to approve contract and commission terms including the distribution of rates and report on forward bookings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any travel trade enquiries and build excellent relationships within the travel trade & hospitality industry.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the Entertainment industry.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and managing of theme parks will be highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in managing of cross-functional programmes and proficient in budgeting & financial management.
  • Able to travel across the region for work purposes (approximately twice every quarter).
  • Possess excellent networking within the Leisure, Tourism and Business sectors across the region.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
