Job Scope

  • Attend to customers’ inquiry
  • Prepare and process Air Export booking request
  • Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
  • Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
  • Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
  • Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
  • Verify invoices from vendor
  • Prepare customers’ report

Requirement

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to converse in English for handling English-speaking clients through email and phone
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
  • Outgoing personality
  • Willing to learn with good attitude
  • Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be an advantage
