JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean fan coil unit filters and flush condensate drain pipes in the guest rooms and Executive Offices.
- Clean coils and fins of fan coil unit in all the guest rooms and Executive Offices.
- Attend to the leakage of the air conditioner in the guest rooms as and when necessary.
- Fixing of equipment as required for the function rooms when necessary.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in Electrical Engineering
- At least 1 years of experience in maintenance/repair of facilities and machinery or equivalent
- Requires mechanical and engineering skills
- Able to communicate in simple English
- Work well under pressure
