JOB SCOPE

As a Food and Beverage Senior/Junior Waiter/Waitress you are responsible to deliver friendly and courteous services to every hotel guests and customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet all incoming hotel guests and customers who patronize the Coffee House.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet and ensure that all guests are comfortable having their meals in the Coffee House.
  • Assist in the setting up of function rooms for any events of the day.
  • Set up the table with the appropriate eatery utensils to be utilised by the customers.
  • Assist in the taking of Room Service orders as and when the guests made an order.
  • Carry out the necessary preparation set up of morning breakfast buffet for the hotel guests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Certificate in Food & Beverage operations.
  • Possess at least one (1) year of experiences in related field is an advantage.
  • No experience is welcome.
  • Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate from Singapore Training Institute.
  • Able to work rotating shift, including Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin to communicate with guests from various countries, e.g. China, Taiwan, USA, etc. and in work.
