Who We Are Looking For?

As a Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time), he/she is responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding our retail business. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between consumers and businesses.

What awaits you:

1. Provide quality customer service to customers via various channels that include but not limited to calls, online, live chat, walk-ins etc.

2. Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.

3. Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary.

4. Membership matters such activation of cards, loss cards replacements.

5. Able to commit Long Term

6. Able to commit to working 2 days per week in office:

Working Days: Monday and Tuesday OR Thursday and Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Hourly rate
