Our client is a local SME importer/exporter of
grocery products, looking for a new Production
Operations Supervisor to join
their production team.



Working Days:

Job Scopes:



Assist in overseeing the
Production department and manpower schedule
Assist in managing production
orders fulfilment
Monitor and manage manual and
automated production lines
Process loose goods into
packed items for outgoing deliveries
Perform quality checks on
production inputs and outputs
Supervise and train part-time
packers
Assist maintenance and
troubleshooting of production equipment
Assist in inventory
management and periodical stock taking
Perform good housekeeping and
ensure safe practices and orderliness of the workplace
Perform production
administration, documentation and reporting
Work closely with other
departments such as logistics, warehouse and administration
Provide any other operations
support and ad hoc duties as assigned




Requirements:



Knowledge in maintaining and
troubleshooting production equipment
At least 2 years of
supervisory experience in production line
Willing to do OT as and when
required
Willing to train and lead a
group of part timers
Singaporeans only
