Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs.
Provide accurate information and assistance to address caller's inquiries.
Book or reschedule appointments based on the caller's request.
Handle various administrative tasks related to the hotline, including managing emails, processing referral requests, and activating emergency protocols.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the institution to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution of caller's requests.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and customer handling.
Candidate who possess relevant experience in the call centre environment will be added advantages.
Bubbly and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
