  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our client, a well-established Japanese chemical manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and ensure the smooth operation of the HR & Admin team.

Salary: Basic up to $8k

Work Days: 5-day work week, office hours

Location: Jurong East

Scopes:

· Budget and Policy Accountability: Responsible for budget recommendations and shaping HR policies to align with organizational goals.

· HR Program Management: Oversees various HR programs such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and employee wellness to meet current and future workforce needs.

· Strategic HR Collaboration: Works with managers to develop localized HR strategies that align with the overall organizational strategy.

· Team Leadership and Compliance: Leads and develops HR teams to ensure effective strategy implementation, budget adherence, and compliance with laws and regulations.

· Recruitment, Payroll and Workforce Planning: Manages recruitment and payroll processes and oversees HR planning, control, and reporting to ensure correct payments and strategic workforce alignment.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry
  • Experience in dealing with Union is highly preferred
  • Degree in HR/ Business field
  • Only Singaporean
