Our Client is a well-established leader in fire protection systems serving customers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator support the project team.

  • Support project teams with project related tasks, which include drafting documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Maintain and organize accurate project files, such as contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence;
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, set agendas, and document meeting minutes;
  • Support project timelines and planning adhering to budgets and project outcomes and deliverables;
  • Track and record project modifications, variations, and follow up on necessary approvals;
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership;
  • Address project-related inquiries and provide timely responses, including status updates and reports;
  • Assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and financial records;
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports;
  • Support the preparation of financial documentation for project assessments;
  • Contribute to the application of quality assurance protocols to ensure project outcomes meet company standards;
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety guidelines, and internal policies;
  • Lead internal audits and inspections for quality control.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant project coordination experience;
  • Experience working with engineering products, including fire suppression systems and products;
  • Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused;
  • Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
