  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable)

Salary: $2,600 - $3,000 + OT

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) / 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)





Responsibilities:

Check, tally AR daily collection on bank statement, cash book
Prepare Monthly AR Aging Report and generate Customer Statement of Accounts
Monitor customer activities through our Fleetnetic system
Follow up closely for customer aging with sales team
Check coding and post invoices from Fleetnetic system into Autoline
Prepare monthly bulk collection and monitor collection status
Monitor AR balance for both Autoline and Fleetnetic system
Perform Monthly billing to all inter-company (Recoverable, Rental and other ad-hoc billing)
Update Interco AR transactions
Updating Outstanding balance for insurance and monitor Interco collection
Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned



Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Minimum Diploma qualification and above
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Word / Excel
Good team player with good communication and initiative
Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment with high voluminous transactions to meet deadline
Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitude
Performed detailed work with accuracy and speed
