Position: Customer Service Officer (Office Hours)

Salary: $2,300 - $3,300 + OT

Location: Across Singapore

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm / 10.00am - 8.00pm (Mon - Sat) 9.30am - 5.30pm / 10.00am - 6.00pm / 11.00am - 7.00pm (Sun / PH) (5 Days Work Week on Roster Basis)





Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries
Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival
Managing the Sales Executive turn system
Ensuring showroom is tidy and orderly
Provide refreshments to customers
General ad-hoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time



Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
Minimum NITEC and above
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse people groups
Able to handle stress and a good team-player
Comfortable to commit to weekends and OT
Polished, articulate and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
Prior experience in the Automotive, Aviation, Retail Sales or Service industry will be an added advantage
Positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
