Job Purpose:

Lead and drive sales efforts for hygiene, personal care, additives, and consumer protection products across the region, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in hygiene, personal care, and consumer protection segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market share in the region.
  • Manage key accounts and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead and motivate the regional sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemicals manufacturing industry, with a focus on hygiene & personal care, additives, or consumer protection.
  • Strong knowledge of the chemicals market and customer needs in these segments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
