Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30am (Monday to Friday)
Location: Queenstown Mrt
Salary: Up to $3,200
Job Scope:
Administrative operation
· Managing the business trip arrangement.
· Managing Telcom contract and purchase of Telcom device.
· Managing contract renewal, ensuring rates/services with vendors are renewed timely and enforceable through contracts.
· Managing business card.
· Managing internal platforms.
· Updating materials, data entry and support the automation process within the CS team.
· Support in the coordination and preparation of ad hoc activities (CSR, communications activities, and company’s events.)
· To support front desk duties.
· Participate in other ad hoc projects / duties as and when required.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration or a general field.
· Positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
· Good organizational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
· Good in computer literacy and proficient in MS office, presentation software, spreadsheets, web-based collaboration, and document management platform.
· Good spoken and written communication skills (English).
· IT / Technical Savvy, prior experience in automating work processes; or possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
· Meticulous and diligent.
