Oversees the warehouse operations.
Ensure correct labeling of boxes and minimize cross labeling.
Verify the number of pallets for each shipment to ensure that there are no discrepancies with the supporting documents.
Checking of all incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure no variances in cargo
Arrange for the receiving of incoming cargo and releasing of outgoing cargo.
Able to delegate jobs according to staffs’ strengths.
Understanding of SOP and WI of customer requirements.
Ensure the welfare of staff by maintaining good working relationships with them.
Maintain good relationships with customers to facilitate smooth business transactions.
Perform additional admin duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Experience in warehousing/logistics and supervisory role.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Comfortable working in Tuas (nearest MRT Gul Circle) for a 5-days workweek.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
Self motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
