End to end talent acquisition; which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agents, and coordinating and participating in the interviews

In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and resignees' offboarding process
Apply work pass for foreign employees

Training:

Assist in the planning of company-wide training needs analysis and training implementation
In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities
Process training grants applications

Compensation & Benefits:

Oversees staff compensation & benefit programs, giving recommendations to strengthen the programs
Assist to develop and roll out new HR systems such as job grading, salary banding
