We are hiring Shift Leaders/ Assistant Store Manager for NEW Store outlets for a Coffee House!
Shift Leaders ($2500 to $2900 based on experience):
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other food items according to Cafe' standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently.
Supervise, support, and delegate tasks during shifts to maintain smooth workflows and efficient operations.
Foster a positive work culture by providing coaching, feedback, and promoting teamwork
At least 3 years’ experience as a Barista with at least 1 year experience in a similar supervisory role
Food Hygiene Cert is required!
Assistant Store Manager ($3000 to $3500 based on experience):
Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs to meet business needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
At least 5 years’ experience as a Barista with at least 3 year experience in a similar supervisory role
