We provide a fully-integrated service for our clients to access the financial and commodity derivative markets and will continue to expand into key financial and commodity markets.

The Team:

We are looking for Electronic Trading Support to manage and maintain Trading System operations. This is a technical hands-on role. The primary focus for this position is ETS but may be required to support other functions like IT Support, infrastructure and/or Application functions whenever required to cover the team workload.

This position reports to the ETS Lead.

Key Responsibilities

1) Trading Support

  • Support different Trading Systems such as CQG, ATP, TTNG & etc.
  • Management on System changes, migration, implementation & etc.
  • Support internal Application Systems such as Global Risk, Middle Office System, Back Office etc.
  • Dealer Desk Support on complex Trade and Tech issues. This would involve communicating and escalating to vendors.
  • Work on any ad-hoc projects/initiatives related Trading application.
  • Ensure completeness with sufficiency of documentation for all support procedures.

2) Internal IT Support

  • Support Office System BCP.
  • Application Process monitoring.
  • User Desktop PC OS and Application Support.
  • Domain and email user setup.
  • Phone Systems and Dealer Turret system support.
  • Internal Application Support.
  • Office IT Infrastructure Support.

3) Trading System Setup

  • Liaise with Sales on new customer Trading System setup requirements.
  • Investigate & resolve any system setup issues on respective front-end trading system.
  • Prepare and send out frontend trading platform ID/PW to authorized traders and other official client communication.
  • Update in respective frontend trading platform for any change request in a timely manner.
  • Ensure completeness with sufficiency of documentation for record keeping as part of client account maintenance.
  • Assist in the administrative work and/or coordination involved in any ad-hoc projects/initiatives related to account setup process changes.

Requirements

You should possess the following:

  • At least a Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in trading platform support role.
  • Able to identify potential problems; exhibit initiative to raise issues, resolve issues and escalate as appropriate.
  • Possesses good customer (Internal and External), vendor and IT team relations and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, mature with a positive work attitude.
  • Able to work in high pressure and operational environment.
  • Willing to work on weekends if needed.
  • Strong team player with ability to support and cover other team members whenever required.
  • Need to work in shifts when required.
  • Basic understanding of Derivatives and FX Trading.
  • Basic networking and operating system knowledge.
