Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Responsibilities
Post job advertisement and screen resumes
Schedule and arrange interviews
Administer interview profiling tool
Follow up with candidates on documents before and after interview
Send rejection emails for unsuccessful candidates
Prepare Letter of Offer
Arrange successful candidates for pre-employment medical check-up
Assist in activities relating to on-boarding of staff
Provide support for career fairs and outreach activities
Support any new initiatives or projects by the department
Onboarding and offboarding matters for Nurses and HCA
Processing work pass applications and renewals, SNB applications and practicing certificates’ renewal
Coordinate data entry for new hires and exit cases
Providing administrative support for cross deployment of Nurses and HCA
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma Holders
Entry level are welcomed to apply.
Able to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced environment
Good coordination skills
Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
