Location: Botanic Gardens/ Napier

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

Wrapping the books
Updating donor names/mailing addresses
Performing mail-merges and printing letters
Labelling and inserting letters/calendars into envelopes, etc. Forms submission to Finance for donations received
Giving.sg report submission to Finance on a weekly basis
Giving.sg report to AOs on a weekly basis
Giving.sg donation acknowledgement to donors on a weekly basis
GCF mailbox on a daily basis - to respond to enquiries within 3 working days (or help to sort out what needs follow-up)

Send out of year-end calendars, annual benefits and donor impact reports (new item) to donors in Nov/Dec
Updating of donor database where appropriate
Background checks on companies through internet search

Any other admin duties in Comms as and when required

Requirements:

GCE O level and above
