As a pivotal member of the regional sales leadership team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a geographically dispersed sales team to execute strategies and meet revenue goals.
- Managing sales operations, including budget oversight, process improvements, and performance tracking.
- Crafting and implementing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives to drive profitable growth.
- Performing market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and guide the sales team in acquiring new business.

**Requirements**
- Proven sales leader with a strong track record in data centers, enterprise IT, or engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams within leading global technology, hyperscale, or colocation companies.
- A blend of strategic vision and operational execution skills, with a proven ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Capable of cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships while fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
- A decisive, data-driven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
