Job Scope:
Customer Engagement:
- greet and assist customers with activities at the booth
- provide information about products and promotions (briefing will be provided)
Product Management:
- ensure stock levels are adequate and restock merchandise as needed
- assist with inventory count at start and end of each day
- maintain product displays (if any)
Assisting at Cashiering Point:
- pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders
- ensure the accuracy of picked merchandise against the order list
- assist cashiers as needed, ensuring a smooth flow of transactions and maintain cleanliness
Event Setup and Teardown:
- assist in setting up the booth before the event starts
- help with dismantling and packing up at the end of each day
Requirements:
Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
Energetic and Enthusiastic: A positive attitude and enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others, collaborating effectively with team members and volunteers.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing circumstances, such as fluctuating customer traffic and unexpected issues.
Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
Punctuality and Reliability: Commitment to show up on time and fulfil scheduled shifts consistently.
