Salary:
$2200 to $2800 (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Saturday (9am to 1pm)
Commitment period: 1 year
Job Scope:
-Processing new contracts, amendments, and renewals. Maintaining a centralized repository of all active and archived contracts, updating database, spreadsheets, and other relevant documentation
-Tracking contract renewals and expirations.
Coordinating with customers, relevant Divisions, and other support teams to address contract related matters.
-Provide administrative support in the Division (including call-centre when required)
Proficiency in using office productivity software
Requirement:
- 2 years of full time admin experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft excel (V-look up and pivot table)
