JR64613 Engineer, SSD Process and Equipment Engineering

As a Process & Equipment Engineering Engineer who will be supervising Technicians, you are accountable for the shift operation team, providing equipment support for production. You will be monitoring the Unscheduled Downtime & Scheduled Downtime metrics, then collaborate with respective equipment owners to resolve any identified issue and trigger for improvement to drive down the downtime. You will be responsible for operational related programs, such as Safety awareness, Technician Labor Productivity, ESD, Spare Management, tool Calibration, Chemical management, TPM, Equipment Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment for SSD assembly processes

• Lead & manage shift technicians

• Spare management

• Lead Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and chemical control for SSD production floor

• Safety representative for SSD Process and Equipment Engineering

• Ensure operation is in compliance with IATF/ISO requirements

• Support internal and external audits

Requirements

- Bachelors in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering

- Experience in or knowledge on semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies

- Leadership experience/potential

- Experience in supervising a team of technicians would be beneficial

- Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

- Experience in mechanical tooling is preferred

- Keen in semiconductor industry
