  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

Plan and supervise renovation, A&A works
Experience in M&E works such as fire protection system, cooling tower, air con, etc.
Plan and supervise building services such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, renovation, etc.
Conduct daily routine inspection for building/M&E facilities works.
Ensure contractor comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works.
Raise PR for works/services to be done by contractors/vendors.
Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.




Job Requirements:

Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Class 2/3 Driving license (preferred) and able to cycle.
More than 5 years’ experience in Facilities/M&E maintenance.
Singaporean only.
Able to work on weekends for emergency/urgent works
2 years employment contract
