Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking experienced and sales-driven Health Promoters to help our brand, Lao Xie Zhen achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills and proven track record in sales.
What awaits you:
Sales Generation: Engage with customers to promote and sell Lao Xie Zhen products, aiming to exceed sales targets
Customer Engagement: To understand customers needs, educate customers on our product offerings in order to enhance brand satisfaction and loyalty
Product Knowledge: To keep abreast of all our products knowledge to effectively answer customer questions/concerns and persuade them for purchase
Merchandising: Take responsibility for in-store/atrium/pop-up store merchandising and displays for Lao Xie Zhen products to attract and engage customers
Stock Replenishment: To raise order/replenishment requests to store promptly for products low in stocks
Housekeeping: Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene at sampling counters and home display to enhance customer shopping experience
Requirements:
Knowledge of Health & Wellness products is a plus, but not a must as training will be provided
Proven track record in sales, particularly in retail format
KPI-driven and eager for growth
Resilient and adaptable to change
Strong listening and communication skills
Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends
Working Schedule:
10am to 8pm OR 11am to 9pm (2 meal breaks), 5 days work week
Rest days are flexible on Weekdays
