  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Temporary Executive Role in Financial Management (12 Months)

Position: Temporary Executive in Finance Management (12-Month Contract)
Location: Clark Quay
Working Hours:

8.30am to 6pm (Mon - Thurs)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in generating Paynow QR codes for recoveries and incoming receipts.
Monitor and administer asset records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Disseminate bank statements to relevant officers promptly.
Monitor and update various financial trackers, including payments, journals, assets, deposit records, and Paynow QR codes.
Request and manage approval documents for credit card transactions.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the financial management team.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Prior experience in financial management or related fields is an advantage.
