Ensure smooth daily opening and closing of F&B outlets
Ensure buffet is spread out for all meals
Opening and pouring of wine as per beverage standards
Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining general upkeep of all the equipment and facilities
Coordinate with stewards, kitchen staff and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
Maintenance of table culture and restaurant ambience at all times
Any other duties as directed
Requirements:
Flexible working hours e.g. 8am - 4pm/ 4,5 or 6pm - 11pm
