The Account Manager role at DEX presents an opportunity for individuals to immerse themselves in a comprehensive portfolio of digital services and integrated marketing programs that include (but not limited to) creative, social media, campaign management and activation. This position will be based in Singapore, and the candidate will be required to work independently alongside a small team.

A strong work ethic, professional attitude and desire to excel within a high-growth environment are expected. Able to work independently and remotely through internal collaborative platforms such as (but not limited to) - Google Office Applications, AirTable, Slack, and others.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Developing Strategies: Create comprehensive strategies to activate a client's brand across various touchpoints and channels, aligning with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  2. Executing Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns designed to activate the brand, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Brand Communications, Social, Creative, Performance Marketing & PR.
  3. Utilize a deep understanding of consumer trends, retail marketing, and emerging omnichannel strategies to drive impactful campaigns.
  4. Manage key accounts of existing and prospect clients and identify opportunities to generate new business for the team.
  5. Share industry best practices with clients, providing strategic guidance and driving their success.
  6. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in regards to brand insights & findings
  7. Position yourself as a strong problem-solver in regards to customer success management
  8. Ensure meeting cadence & objectives are set and met while communicated to support teams for execution
  9. As our business is currently in a growth phase, our teammates are expected to have a fundamental level of commercial sense. This entails:
  10. Tracking of sales on a month to month basis
  11. Engage & contribute to business discussion
  12. Provide feedback on how we are able to grow the market

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Have 2-3 years of experiences in the field of brand activations and omnichannel marketing
  2. Possess a good understanding of digital marketing, mainly Brand Communications, Social & Creative
  3. Enthusiastic, proactive individual with a "can do attitude" who works to a high standard and has an inquisitive nature, with the desire to learn
  4. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and handle stressful situations in a calm and organized manner
  5. Results focused, with strong commercial acumen, self-motivated and driven to take initiative

DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  1. A degree is recommended however, not essential. Experience & attitude take centerstage
  2. Branding, marketing & communications background with high level of adaptability to new technologies
  3. 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field

  1. Regular trainings are provided - online & workshops
