Interaction with all project team members to ensure timely and efficient execution to meet project objectives. Specific responsibilities include:
. To assist managing components in project
. To assist the Field Supervisor in project fieldwork management
. To assist with the admin on daily fieldwork task.
. To man hotline calls from the public for project matters.
. To ensure that SOPs for fieldwork are adhered by interviewers.
. To issue, record and reconcile incentives issued
Requirements:
Minimum of ‘O’ Levels
Basic knowledge in the use of computer software: Word, Excel, Outlook
Have working experience but not necessary in related industry. Training will be provided.
Depending on experience. Monthly remuneration can be considered.
Office location is 15 minutes walk from Botanic Gardens and Stevens MRT.
