- 5 Days week (within Monday to Friday)
- Must prepare to work beyond working hours
Job Responsibilities;
Build and maintain relationship with new and existing clients and staff with good understanding of their environment, culture, requirements, and expectations
Oversee monthly duty roster
Manage day-to day on ground queries and logistics distribution
Managing of leave requests and daily attendance
Manage end-to-end training programmes
Consolidation of daily operations report
Cascading down of announcements via what's app
Weekly onboarding and uniform/logistics distribution
Other adhoc administrative duties
Requirements
• Meticulous individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High sense of self management, resourceful and able to work great in a team as well as individual.
• Well-organised, independent, and able to work well efficiently and effectively as part of a wide and varied team.
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant working experience in operations will be added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
