Primary Responsibilities
Assist in managing all performers under their assigned shows, including but not limited to scheduling roster input, leave tracking and performers log
Run daily operational shows and performances and other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations, including daily communication through show reports to the relevant departments
Supervise sections of seasonal event programming (e.g. manage individual Halloween Horror Nights zones and houses)
Manage rehearsals, technical rehearsals, performances and maintenance calls (costume, technical, etc) as required to ensure smooth delivery of shows and events
Ensure communication of necessary information which pertains to the operation of the assigned entertainment show(s) to employees of the show(s).
Supervise Star Guide Leads to provide exemplary service and ensure their personal development.
Requirements
Preferred: Diploma or WSQ equivalent in a related discipline (Theatre, Theme Park, Television or Events)
With Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 1 – 2 years of related industry experience
Without Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 3 – 4 years of related industry experience
Proven show calling ability preferred
Able to perform shifts, including weekends and public holidays
