About the Job:

The Customer Service Representative in the banking sector is responsible for delivering outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of Higher NITEC or/and Diploma, Degree is preferred.
Experience in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
Contract duration 12-Month
