Responsibilities:

Submit completed Government-Paid Childcare, Paternity, and Shared Parental Leave claims for reimbursement
Reconcile MSF claims and grants to ensure accurate allocation to the appropriate cost centers
Liaise with MSF to address any queries or additional requests regarding claim submissions
Conduct audit checks on leave applications to ensure compliance, such as verifying that medical certificates align with the sick leave period
Support the update, maintenance, and approval of HR data for existing employees
Assist in verifying and updating onboarding and offboarding information through myHR
Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resource or a business-related field
Open to entry-level applicants, with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
Ability to manage high-volume tasks and maintain data confidentiality
Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets
Organized, meticulous, and proactive in work approach
