  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee the day to day operations of the finance department and the Group
  • Develop and optimise internal work processes and procedures to strike a good balance between efficiency and internal controls
  • Development of sales budgets and forecasts, working closely with operating team to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing regular updates and recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, margins, and customer segmentation.
  • Work with other business units in the organisation to support the growth of the business
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost reduction measurements.
  • Develop appropriate costing methodology to effectively capture product costing information
  • Able to analysis costing information and propose cost effective measures
  • Oversee the Group and Company’s day-to-day accounting and finance activities
  • Oversee the monthly closing of accounts for the HQ Company and ensure timely preparation and submission of financial and management reports.
  • Lead effort on any corporate projects as assigned from time to time, corporate projects may include cost reduction program, transformation projects, or any other applicable projects as acquired from financial or accounting aspects.
  • Oversee Group consolidation
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, corporate secretaries and relevant government authorities locally
  • Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Preferable with CA/CPA qualification
  • More than 12 years of relevant and practical experience, of which more than 6 years in a finance leadership position
  • Good to have mix of experience in MNCs and smaller high growth/start-up like organisations
  • Possess at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing environment
